Acknowledgment of Country
Yarra Valley Winery Tours Melbourne acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land, the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging and recognise their continuous connection to the land, waters, and community.
Our Contract
By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein. The services provided are listed in your booking confirmation. These terms are valid from 1 June 2024 to 31 March 2026 unless otherwise stated.
Bookings and Traveller Responsibilities
To confirm your booking, you must provide:
- your full name
- contact information
- medical conditions or dietary requirements
- payment details.
It is your responsibility to ensure the information is accurate and complete. By booking, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in the tour.
Tour Operations & Changes
We reserve the right to modify routes, itineraries, or vehicles due to weather, road conditions, or operational needs. Other licensed operators may conduct our tours. All advertised prices are in AUD and subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Traveller Day Tours:
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
Cancellations 2+ days prior: full refund, free date change, or travel credit valid for 3 years
Private or Custom Tours:
Cancellations within 14 days: 100% fee
15+ days prior: full refund or credit
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation by Operator
Tours may be cancelled due to low passenger numbers, safety concerns, or Force Majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.). If cancelled:
- You may receive a full refund
- Or rebook another tour or receive a 3-year travel credit
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend you obtain travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and personal liability. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our proven negligence.
Alcohol Policy
All wine tours require passengers to be 18+ with valid photo ID. Intoxicated or disruptive guests may be refused service or removed from the tour without refund.
Child Policy
Due to the nature of our wine tours, guests must be 18 years or older. These tours are not suitable for children or infants.
Weather Conditions
Tours will proceed in most weather conditions, but may be cancelled for safety in cases of extreme weather. Refunds or rebooking will be offered in these instances.
Luggage and Belongings
We recommend only bringing essential items. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger. We accept no liability for loss or theft.
Booking Confirmation & Communication
All bookings must be confirmed by email. Please ensure your contact details are up-to-date and monitor your email for updates.
Acceptance of Risk
By joining our tour, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in travel and agree to participate at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage unless due to our proven negligence.
